On a random note…
one Franz Ferdinand’s third album is out today! Couldn’t find any copy though…*sigh* I’ll have to wait.

two Ever seen black nylon strings for the guitar? I bought one set of new strings just the other day and I found that there were three black strings in the pack. Yay?

Your pics always look noise free. That’s very nice. Do the original full size images look just as clean? Do you use high res settings even in JPEG mode?

BTW, http://wvs.topleftpixel.com/08/12/27/ tests a Canon. Impressive?

The original ones were clean but they were super dark (luckily, I get to adjust the settings easily since the pictures are in raw format) Sometimes if I increase the exposure and brightness, the noise starts to appear. So yeah, that’s kinda like cheating, haha..

When I’m using JPEG mode, I usually keep my resolutions to 2256 X 1496 (medium)..I hardly use the max res (3008 X 2000) because I’m quite afraid that my computer will lag when I try to transfer them. Also, I always stick to ISO 200, which is my minimum, and I use higher ISO only in rare cases.

And wow, that IS impressive! Nearly flawless! :O

At the moment, I know only two places:
Art Friend @ Mid Valley Gardens
    OR
    Kinokuniya @ KLCC

The Copic markers from Art Friend is different than the ones in Kinokuniya..Art Friend ones are cheaper and they have a lot of colours there (including a set of 72 too) but I don’t really like the nibs (it’s more of a personal preference anyway)..You can also test the colours :D

The Kinokuniya ones are much more expensive (about RM3-4 difference!), not many colours are available, you can’t test the colours BUT they have brush nibs (which I really love), making colouring much more brush-like and flexible.

I bought more markers in Kinokuniya than in Art Friend, though..
