Mad-faced Mal

Of photobooth madness and spoilt kids

one School’s out. There goes another great schooling year.

(+) 4 Gamma ‘08. It’s been a fun class and I have lively classmates. Just about everyone in this class rocks (except for one literally stinky dude). All of us get along pretty well. Too well, in fact, we start to blend ourselves together.

And of course, our very unforgettable drama, The Untold Story of Snow White

Aaaand all of us will remain in 5 Gamma next year, which is something we can’t escape. Imagine all of the activities to come…we’d go crazy again.

(+) My maths teacher (Cik Umi) has to be the coolest and most unique teacher ever. She’s not married and has no kids, therefore she doesn’t have to handle much. She doesn’t drive either. She travels to Europe every year and she likes to visit mountains. Yup, she has definitely saved herself a lot of money. Don’t you admire a life like that?

(+) I forgot to stack a house of cards in school this year. It’s what I have always done for the previous years. This started since 2002. How could I forget about it this year?

two Looks like some people I know are looking for a part-time job. I would never be a waitress. My friends know me best and they know how afraid I am when it comes to approaching strangers. Another fact is that I sound quite bitter, sometimes. I think that the best part-time job for me is playing the piano in a specific area (not the streets) If only I knew how to apply for it…

three Sad but true, many kids these days are spoilt. I came across a 12-years-old girl’s blog, and my goodness, her wishlist is bottomless. I noticed that she has an iPod touch AND an iPhone (?!!!)

wtf

Oh my God lah. I’ve never come across anyone who owns both because they’re both pretty much similar and I would rather get an iPhone as it has more functions. I think it’s very ridiculous to own both (unless you won them, perchance) To make things worse, she’s a 12-year-old kid, darn it. Spoilt child. Mercy upon the parents. Stuff like this is hard to explain in words. You just gotta be in the right generation.

Don’t even try to say that I’m jealous. I’m happy with what I have. What more [objects] do I need?

four Do you have any idea how RARE it is for me to get involved with manga/anime-related drawings?

ino-copyClick for the actual size!

Answer: Very X 10³ rare.

Just so you know, I DID NOT DRAW IT; I coloured it in only. :)

If you’re looking for a job as a performer (pianist) I would suggest try asking about in hotels. I heard One World hotel pays quite a large sum (few hundred for three hours for two days)
I know Pyramid pays RM70/hour for their pianists, but I’ve asked before.. all their performers need to sign a 3 year contract and only perform for specific occasions. :/

One World hotel sounds good but wah..three hours (or is it 1.5 hours per day?) The maximum time I can spend on the piano is 1 hour..some more the songs I play don’t suit the environment hahaha

    Pyramid..3 year contract..definitely cannot, man.

I think I might as well take the job after SPM.

Hmm.. not sure, I think its three hours a day for two days.. My sister’s friend performed there before, thats how I heard about it.
Apparently, when you perform, three hours go by very fast and the best thing is.. even if you make a mistake, no one will know! :P

    oye la…!
    Another year?!
I see that this time it is less blue :) [but wasn't it just yesterday that other post was written... :O ]

It seems very hard to prepare a list of songs to fit in a 3-hour frame, though..and yeah, it’s always about the untrained ears HAHA

I see that you have picked up a new Malay word, Soj :D
Mmhmm, it certainly is less blue, with all the great events in life throughout the year, and the slight carefreeness towards exams, heheh..(the only bad part about this year is the family issue)
And then next year, I’ll be sitting for my SPM exams (equivalent to O Levels) The first half of the year is sure to be filled with our usual monkey business :D

oh my goodness finding a job last year was a killer for me! they didn’t want to hire 16 year olds, or maybe i looked at the wrong places :/
btw cik umi has an awesome life T___T i heard she travelled to a lot of places before. and she can speak german! (what i heard from 5 sigma, apparently she got really mad at one guy and started scolding him in a foreign language xD)

:o WAHLIAOEH! Didn’t know that she can speak German! Another point which ups her coolness and awesomeness…respect, man. She blew up a number of times in my class before, though. I think she won’t be teaching my class next year. Damn sad. Some more the work she gives us are just enough (unlike *coughperumalcough*) Who are the other Maths teachers in Form 5?
